HOW TO HOST AND ADMINISTER AN EPNC BOARD MEETING

OPTION 1 - Use your own Google account.

- Go to https://meet.google.com/

- Click [New Meeting]
- Select [Create a meeting for later]



- Copy the meeting link and send it to every board member (or attendee)




OPTION 2 - Use the EPNC Google account.

- Start Chrome web browser.

- Add EPNC account to your Chrome installation
  (This step is involved, but needs to be done only once)

  Email Address: epneighborhoodcoalition@gmail.com / Password: [-epnc password-]

- IN NEW BROWSER WINDOW (copy this address), go to https://meet.google.com/iuk-difv-knu

- Start the meeting


- Admit participants during the meeting
